Endless Soma: In their first substantial collaboration since 2017, exedra’s Jeremy Gluck and
Darrall Knight, evolving the poetic sound art of that year’s spare, non-linear ‘Entropic’ EP, present ‘Turnahead’. As with ‘Entropic’, deploying spoken word recorded originally by Gluck with renowned British classical composer and conductor Tolga Kashif, adapted to exedra’s merging of ambient, psychedelia, art rock, and traces of 70's German rock and 80's alternative, ‘Turnahead’ is the duo’s most powerful piece to date, a raw but sophisticated spontaneous spoken word stream from Gluck wed to Knight’s elegiac, minimalist multi-- layered melodic dynamics.
